Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a type of hereditary mental illness, which seriously affect the normal life of the patients. Sparse learning has been widely used in detecting brain diseases objectively by removing redundant information and retaining monitor valuable biological characteristics from the brain functional connectivity network (BFCN). However, most existing methods ignore the relationship between brain regions in each subject. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a spatial similarity-aware learning (SSL) model to build BFCNs. Specifically, we embrace the spatial relationship between adjacent or bilaterally symmetric brain regions via a smoothing regularization term in the model. We develop a novel fused deep polynomial network (FDPN) model to further learn the powerful information and attempt to solve the problem of curse of dimensionality using BFCN features. In the FDPN model, we stack a multi-layer deep polynomial network (DPN) and integrate the features from multiple output layers via the weighting mechanism. In this way, the FDPN method not only can identify the high-level informative features of BFCN but also can solve the problem of curse of dimensionality. A novel framework is proposed to detect OCD and unaffected first-degree relatives (UFDRs), which combines deep learning and traditional machine learning methods. We validate our algorithm in the resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) dataset collected by the local hospital and achieve promising performance.  相似文献

BackgroundThe tendency to maximize is one of the most frequently studied personal traits in choice-making and decision-making. In spite of the large resemblances between the decision behaviour that is characteristic for maximizers and the decision behaviour displayed by individuals with autism, and the considerable overlap in the list of decision problems and decision experiences commonly reported by maximizers and individuals with autism, the question whether individuals with autism are more maximizing in decision-making as compared to neurotypical controls, has remained unexamined in the literature. The paper measures and compares the tendency to maximize, satisfice, and minimize in choice- and decision-making among autistic individuals and age, gender- and education degree-matched neurotypical individuals.MethodThe Decision Making Tendency Inventory measurement scale (Misuraca et al., 2015) is used to measure six types of decision-making tendency: fearful maximizing, resolute maximizing, more ambitious satisficing, less ambitious satisficing, parsimonious minimizing, and indolent minimizing. A multi-group confirmatory factor analysis and comparison of the differences in latent means is performed.ResultsThe results demonstrate that autistic individuals are similar to neurotypical individuals when it comes to having a tendency to satisfice or minimize in decision-making, however, autistic individuals do score higher in terms of adopting a fearful and resolute maximizing tendency than neurotypical individuals.ConclusionsResults suggest that higher maximizing tendency may explain for some of the difficulties experienced by autistic individuals in decision-making  相似文献

目的:利用代谢组学技术分析慢性温和不可预知应激(CUMS)抑郁模型小鼠脑组织样本,寻找与抑郁相关的差异代谢物,探讨蜘蛛香环烯醚萜部位(IEFV)可能的抗抑郁作用机制。方法:42只昆明小鼠随机分为6组,包括正常组,模型组,氟西汀组(2.5 mg·kg-1),IEFV低、中、高剂量组(给药剂量分别为5.73,11.47,22.94 mg·kg-1)。采用CUMS对小鼠造模,以IEFV及阳性药(氟西汀)为干预药物,用行为指标和生化指标进行药效学评价。采用核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)代谢组学技术分析IEFV对CUMS抑郁模型小鼠脑组织中内源性物质的影响,结合多变量统计分析方法来确认差异代谢物,并对差异代谢物参与的代谢通路进行富集。结果:造模后,小鼠的不动时间大幅度提高、蔗糖偏好率明显下降,兴奋性神经递质5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素显著下降,表明造模成功。给予IEFV和氟西汀后,小鼠不动时间、蔗糖偏好率和兴奋性神经递质向正常水平回调,提示给药后抑郁状态得到了一定程度的缓解。脑组织中内源性代谢物主成分分析(PCA)结果显示,模型组可与正常组明显分开,同时IEFV低、中、高剂量组和氟西汀组均显示有偏离模型组向正常组靠拢的趋势,与行为学结果一致。模型组与正常组进行正交偏最小二乘法-判别分析(OPLS-DA)得到了16个变化显著的差异代谢物,包括12个水溶性差异代谢物和4个脂溶性差异代谢物。通过MetPA数据库分析得到7条潜在靶标代谢通路,包括三羧酸循环(TCA),牛磺酸和亚牛磺酸的代谢,丙氨酸、天冬氨酸和谷氨酸代谢等。IEFV高剂量组可显著回调11种差异代谢物。结论:IEFV可能主要通过影响能量代谢,氨基酸代谢和神经递质水平发挥抗抑郁作用,可为IEFV抗抑郁作用机制的深入研究提供参考依据。  相似文献

Pseudorabies Virus (PRV) is the causative agent of Pseudorabies (PR), also known as Aujeszky’s Disease, one of the most important infectious diseases in swine, resulting in huge economic losses to the swine industry globally. The emergence of mutant PRV strains after 2011 resulted in a sharp decrease in the efficacy of available commercial vaccines. To develop a more effective vaccine that can prevent the spread of PRV, glycoprotein B (gB), glycoprotein C (gC) and glycoprotein D (gD) from recent PRV isolates were expressed in a baculovirus system and their protective efficacy was tested in mice and piglets. Neutralizing antibody titers (NAs) in mice vaccinated with gB, gC and gD peaked at 28 days after immunization and then slowly declined. NAs in the mice immunized with gD were remarkably higher than other groups. After a lethal challenge of 5 LD50 with mutant PRV-HNLH strain, the survival rates of gB and gD were 100% and 87.5% respectively, which was significantly higher than gC group (50%). Piglets vaccinated with the gD and gB + D vaccines developed the highest NAs 7 days post immunization. No piglets in these two groups exhibited clinical symptoms, high body temperature or virus shedding following challenge with 106.6 TCID50 with the mutant PRV-HNLH strain. Histopathology and immunohistochemistry showed remarkably reduced pathological damage and viral loads in gD and gB + D groups. Furthermore, the duration of the NAs induced by gD vaccine could maintain as long as four months after a single dose. The current study indicates that a gD-based vaccine could be developed for the efficient control of PRV.  相似文献

A 56-day trial was conducted to elucidate the bioconcentration and depuration of Cd in the liver and muscle of rare minnow (Gobiocypris rarus) and determine the effect of dietary mulberry leaf supplementation on depuration. Juvenile rare minnow were exposed to environmentally relevant doses of Cd (1 and 10 μg/L) for 28 days of uptake and then allowed 28 days of depuration. The bioaccumulation factors of the treated rare minnow in the liver and muscle were calculated to be between 4.13–4.675 and 1.76–1.94, respectively. This results suggested that Cd had high potential for bioconcentration in rare minnow. To investigate the effect of dietary mulberry leaf supplementation on depuration, the remaining fish of each group were allowed to depurate with different ratios (0%, 10%, and 30% dry weight) of dietary mulberry leaf supplementation for an additional 28 days. Fish weights did not differ significantly (p > 0.05) between the control and mulberry leaf treated groups. Mulberry leaf powder did not significantly affect Cd depuration in the 10 μg/L group or in the muscle of the 1 μg/L group, but caused a significant decrease in Cd content in the liver of the 1 μg/L group (p < 0.05). This work was the first to model the bioconcentration of Cd in rare minnow and showed that mulberry leaf supplementation decreased Cd residues in the liver of the 1μg/L group. Such a finding may promote the development of new approaches to mitigate the potential hazards of heavy metals to human health.  相似文献

目的建立保健食品原料评价体系(Functional Food Crude Materials Evaluation System,FUFMES),为保健食品原料目录排名提供科学依据与技术保障。方法首先,利用文献调研和多轮专家访谈方法筛选FUFMES的指标并确定其层级关系;第二,使用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)计算指标权重,具体方法是依据专家打分构建判断矩阵,利用R语言进行一致性检验与最大特征根检验,得出各级指标权重;第三,使用极值法计算原料的单个指标值;第四,利用线性加权综合法得到每种原料的评价指数并据此进行排名;最后,将获得的分析结果与专家评价结果进行比较。结果 FUFMES包括6个一级指标、39个二级指标、11个三级指标。利用FUFMES对9种保健食品原料进行评价,获得的评价指数依次是:西洋参(0.49)、人参(0.48)、银杏叶(0.21)、灵芝孢子粉(0.08)、鱼油(0.06)、螺旋藻(0.03)、辅酶Q10(0.02)、褪黑素(0.01)、大蒜油(-0.03)。基于该评价指数的排名结果与专家评价结果显示了较高一致性。结论构建了科学、完整的FUFMES,FUFMES将成为保健食品原料目录评价与排名的有力工具,为推进保健食品原料备案制提供科学依据与技术保障。  相似文献

Academic procrastination among adolescents is an increasingly prominent problem. It is important to look for influences behind academic procrastination in the adolescent population. The present study aimed to reveal the explanatory mechanisms underlying the association between hope and academic procrastination behaviors among Chinese adolescents by testing the mediating role of attentional control and the moderating role of trait mindfulness. Participants in the current study were 1156 Chinese adolescents who completed self-report questionnaires on hope, attentional control, academic procrastination, and trait mindfulness. The results indicated that adolescent hope was negatively related to academic procrastination and that attentional control partially mediated this association. In addition, trait mindfulness moderated the direct association between hope and academic procrastination in the mediated model. In conclusion, identifying the mechanisms by which hope is associated with academic procrastination in adolescent populations is of potential value for the prevention of and intervention in this undesirable study habit.  相似文献

The Wnt/β-catenin pathway, in addition to playing a crucial role in the development of the mammary gland during embryogenesis and during pregnancy, is one of the most commonly altered pathways in breast cancer. Accumulating findings from in vitro and in vivo and clinical studies have been suggestive of this pathway as a potential chemotherapy target. However, approved chemotherapeutic agents targeting this pathway are still missing for the treatment of patients with cancer. None of the clinical trials on the Wnt/β-catenin pathway inhibitors have translated beyond phase I/II studies. Hence, detailed analysis of the alterations in this pathway and the therapeutic agents modulating Wnt/β-catenin signaling components in breast cancer is warranted. The present review explored the latest developments in the association of deregulation in the Wnt/β-catenin signal cascade with the pathogenesis of breast cancer, the progress in identifying the potential chemotherapeutic drugs inhibiting this pathway, and the status of these compounds in clinical trials of breast cancer.  相似文献

COVID-19 has created havoc in the world by causing thousands of demises in a short period of time. Up till now, several attempts have been made for potential therapeutics against SARS-COV2. In this retrospective, single-center study, we extracted data from 122 COVID-19, RT-PCR confirmed patients. who were treated with a new treatment strategy of lianhuaqingwen with Arbidol Hydrochloride. The patients were either asymptomatic or had mild symptoms for COVID-19 disease. Of 122 patients 21 (17.21%) patients developed severe conditions of COVID-19, while total 111 (90.9%) experienced mild symptoms such as fever in 93 (76.22%) patients, cough in 23 (20.17%) and muscle pain were observed in total 8 (7%) patients. Furthermore our newly applied drugs combination (Lianhuaqingwen and Arbidol Hydrochloride) showed therapeutic effects in 5–7 days in patients with mild symptoms with 98% recovery rate. These results indicate that COVID-19 patients with mild symptoms can be treated with Lianhuaqingwen and Arbidol Hydrochloride. However, extensive clinical investigations are required to confirm the effectiveness of these drugs.  相似文献

BackgroundHoarding disorder is rarely examined in populations of non-European and/or non-Euro-American descent, especially in East Asian nations like China. Across two studies, the current investigation sets out to examine the psychometric properties of a Chinese version of a widely used measure of hoarding symptoms—the Savings Inventory Revised (SIR)—and to explore the nature of hoarding beliefs compared to a separate US sample.ProceduresFor the first study, 1828 college students in China completed a Mandarin translation of the SIR and measures of anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. For the second study, 303 students from China and 87 students from the US completed the SIR and a novel hoarding beliefs questionnaire.FindingsIn the first study, the Chinese-version of the SIR demonstrated convergent and discriminant validity, as well as internal reliability and preliminary construct validity. However, evidence of temporal stability was modest and requires further investigation. In the second study, the Chinese sample endorsed greater hoarding symptoms and hoarding beliefs compared to the US sample, although only themes of usefulness and wastefulness were associated with hoarding in the Chinese samples, whereas a wider range of beliefs was linked with hoarding in the US sample. In addition, the factor structure of the SIR from the first study did not replicate in second study, suggesting that construct validity of the Chinese SIR may require further corroboration.ConclusionsThe current study established preliminary evidence for the reliability and validity of the Chinese SIR, although future research is needed to confirm its temporal stability and factor structure. Hoarding beliefs in China may be centered on themes of usefulness and wastefulness compared to more heterogeneous themes in the West, suggesting differential manifestations of hoarding tendencies in cultures of non-European and/or non-Euro-American descent.  相似文献
